1938 LEGACY SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT

This Subscription Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Subscriber (“You” or “Subscriber”) and 1938 Legend Coffee (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”) for the subscription service known as the 1938 Legacy Subscription.

1. Subscription Overview

The 1938 Legacy Subscription provides Subscribers with regularly delivered products curated by 1938 Legend Coffee, reflecting the legacy and values of our brand.

2. Pricing

The regular subscription price is $36.00 USD per billing cycle.
As part of a promotional discount, the subscription is currently offered at $30.24 USD per billing cycle.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs are determined based on the subscriber’s location and prevailing shipping rates at the time of order. We reserve the right to update shipping methods and eligibility as needed, with notice provided to subscribers.

4. Billing and Payment

Billing occurs on a monthly basis.
Payment will be processed using the payment method you provide at checkout.
If a payment is declined, your subscription will be automatically paused until valid payment details are updated and the outstanding amount is successfully charged.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting our support team.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update pricing, benefits, or terms of this Agreement. Any changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.

By subscribing to the 1938 Legacy Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
